POLITICAL PARTIES IN POLAND

As expected, in economically demanding times and in the context of the war taking place just beyond the Polish border, the ruling party Law and Justice (Prawo i Sprawiedliwość) is still attracting the most attention of Internet users in Poland. The Civic Platform (Platforma Obywatelska) placed second; and Agrounia (with definitely less content) as third most popular party this week (July 6-13).
In the analyzed period, Law and Justice was referred to mostly in the context of economic challenges, e.g. high inflation and high energy prices, weak zloty, but also announced redefinition of the program of early detection of breast and ovarian cancer.
Second most discussed party on Polish Internet was Civic Platform with peak of interest on July 9 due to the video in which member of the Platform calls on Tusk to withdraw from the social programs like 500+ and the 14th pension.
Last week, the third most popular party on the Polish Web was Agrounia with the highest number of entries on July 7 when the protest in Warsaw took place.
